This beautiful three-storey detached house had a stunning setting onto a mature road in south Dublin with an attractive landscaped garden to the rear. The brief was to provide a new kitchen family room extension addressing the rear south-facing garden along with an additional bedroom en-suite to the upper level.

All bathrooms and bedrooms required upgrading and decoration. New timber floors were added to the new element, as well as bespoke panelling, cabinetry and lighting, all of which resulted in a comfortable light-filled home with high quality materials and a neutral palette.
