TWO VICTORIAN RESTORATIONS

BALLSBRIDGE

This project involved the complete refurbishment of two large houses in Ballsbridge, which had fallen into disrepair. Brazil Associates transformed the two houses into elegant luxury homes with a floor area of approximately 4,000 square feet including the ground floor rear extensions.

The layout of each of the houses were re-designed linking the existing light-filled large reception rooms with new kitchens, dining spaces and family rooms. The upper levels accommodate 5 bedrooms and numerous en-suites.

Brazil Associates worked closely with Studio Brazil who specified high quality finishes throughout, oak timber floors, lighting, ironmongery including design of bespoke joinery, curtains, carpets and colour specification.
