This detached Victorian villa in South Co Dublin is a stately 2-storey house in the Italianate Classical ‘Prince Albert’ style, popularised by the construction during the 1840s and early 1850s of Osborne House, the royal couple’s sea-side retreat.

This elegant residence required tasteful improvements throughout and Brazil Associates proposed a sleek contemporary extension to replace a later addition to the property. Interiors in collaboration with UK-based firm Taylor Howes.
